Marco Puccini not only embraces his dark side, he draws inspiration from it. His delightful characters have a certain innocence to them, even as they engage in dark activities like cannibalism, sexuality, impeding demise, zombism, or just plain loneliness and isolation. His anthromorphic figures have a retro / vintage vibe that also manages to feel applicable to popular culture in an of-the-moment way.
